Introduction
Dragon Boating is a traditional Chinese culture that has quickly developed into a sea sport that has reached international recognition.
The rush of your adrenaline coursing through your muscles would wake any man from the slumber of ordinary life. You let out another primal roar as your boat surges faster and further away from the competition, until you and your team is at the forefront of the wave and emerge as true victors and worthy champions.
Welcome to the world of Dragon Boat Racing, where a sport can truly change your life.
The Philosophy
Dragon boat isn’t all about getting unto a rickety sampan and using all muscle and no brain. On the contrary, dragon boat is precisely all in the mind. Several elements have to be coordinated very precisely in order to move a boat efficiently and several more elements are needed for the boat to move fast. It’s a tough sport, but hey, this world’s a tough one too. So why not get all the training that you need in life? Here, finally, is a sport that fulfils the adage, ‘when the going gets tough, the tough gets going’. Transcending your expectations, boldly achieving what you never thought you could and working together with a band of like-minded people is just a part of what a man can expect from dragon boat training.
Currently our PA Water-Venture Team consists of committed rowers who are members of the outlet.

Team Formation
The great armies of the past were able to defeat even greater armies by teamwork and efficiency. So it is too with sports. A quarterback can’t score without a halfback, a striker cannot be without his defenders and the dragonboat rower can never do it alone. Every rower on the boat counts and together, the spirit and camaraderie shared is hardly replaceable.
